Payment and payment details

Reservation Guarantee: A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. In some cases, full or partial payment may be required to confirm the booking.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Cash payments are also accepted for in-person transactions.

Payment Timing: Full payment for your stay is due upon arrival unless specified otherwise. For special promotions or packages, full prepayment may be required at the time of booking.

Currency: All prices are quoted in Georgian GEL and must be settled in this currency according to the Georgian law.

Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations or modifications must be made according to the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to these terms and may take up to some specified time of period to reflect in your account, that depends to the bank.

No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, a fee may be charged, as detailed in the booking terms.
