Business rules

Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Late check-out may incur an additional charge and is subject to availability.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed via email. Please present a valid ID and your booking confirmation upon check-in.
Guest Conduct: We expect guests to maintain respect for other guests, our staff, and property. Any damage caused by a guest will be charged to the guest's account.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in our hotel.
Non-Smoking Policy: Our property is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees.
Age Requirement: Guests must be at least18 years old to check in, unless accompanied by an adult.
Noise Policy: We kindly ask guests to keep noise levels to a minimum.
Additional Guests: Any additional guest must be registered at the front desk, and an extra charge may apply.
Property Rights: The management reserves the right to refuse service, evict guests for non-compliance with these rules, and update policies as needed.
